I have been working in the IT industry for 15 years with 9 of those working in the Education sector, I have worked with many versions of Windows Server, Exchange and Group Policy . Over the last few years I have been specialising in deployment methods starting with Microsoft’s deployment tool kit and then migrating over to Microsoft System Center, the Holy grail of servers…for Endpoint Protection, Deployment, App Control for windows 8 and now 10 the ability to manage smart phones.

It’s been a while as life get’s in the way! I have just added the new guide, with the upgrade of Microsoft’s deployment toolkit you will notice the error ADK is not present, please install Windows 10 ADK, this will happen even if you have installed the windows 10 ADK.
After a few hours of searching I found that you will now need to install Visual Studio 2015 RC as part of the process – go over to the download page to learn more.

I have uploaded the the first of 4 documents on Microsoft AppV 5,the other 2 might be a while due to the setting of exam controlled conditions that are just about to begin,the joys of working in a school environment.

Had my head buried in the configuration and integration of AppV with System Center 2012 Configuration Manager, so far all is going well. I will post a detailed installation and set up guide within the next few weeks for those brave enough to delve into the depths SC2012CM.
